1. What Magic Lupa is

Magic Lupa (magiclupa.com) is a price-finder service that returns a buy recommendation based on public information available on the internet at the time of the query.

2. Informational nature

Results are recommendations based on public info. Prices, stock, coupons, shipping and taxes change constantly. Magic Lupa is not the store where you buy: we are an intermediary that points to the best option detected at search time. The final transaction happens between you and the recommended store.

3. No price guarantee

We make reasonable effort to return accurate information, but do not guarantee the price shown is exactly what you'll see at checkout. Always verify the final price in the store before paying.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Magic Lupa for personal or professional purchases. You may not: use automated scrapers to extract results in bulk, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer our systems, or use it for illegal activities.

5. Free tier and packs

Five free daily searches per browser (rate limit by cookie and IP). If you need more, you can buy packs of searches (5, 25, 100 or 500) — single payment, no subscription, searches don't expire in 12 months from purchase.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments processed via Stripe. Their terms apply to the payment transaction. Unused searches are credited in a signed cookie of your browser. If you have a payment issue, email hola@magiclupa.com.

Refund available within 14 days from purchase if you haven't used any of the pack's searches. After using at least one, no refund applies (service was delivered).

7. Intellectual property

The Magic Lupa name, logo and editorial content of the site are property of Magic Lupa. Software is proprietary. Public data about stores and prices belongs to their respective owners.

8. Liability limitation

Magic Lupa is not liable for problems arising in the transaction with the final store (product quality, defects, warranty, shipping, returns). Those claims go directly to the store. Magic Lupa only recommends where to buy — does not sell the product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version shows the date in the header. Material changes are announced on the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, the user's jurisdiction prevails.
